She is very knowledgeable and her years of experience means she knows the real estate system inside and out. Because of her experience and local knowledge, she is very busy, and that meant that she was sometimes not available during urgent moments when we needed her. All in all though, we could rest in the fact that she knows what she's doing, and we are very happy in our Rapid City home.
